Super company to do business with!
We had 2 of our central air systems replaced this spring. We are so happy with our new Rudd 14 seer units!
Before we were constantly having to turn the thermostat up or down as it was alway too hot or too cold in the house. These new units keep us very comfortable and so quiet you don't even know they are running. Joe and his crew, including the office staff are top notch professionals. They came when they said they would, prepped the area to keep walls and floors from any damage and made sure everything was spotless before leaving.  They made this big job stress free for us. I appreciate the Rebel team!

I have been using Rebel Air Conditioning for many years and they are an excellent company. They are quick to respond to service requests and their technicians are always courteous and professional. The last couple times they were at my home Hector was the technician who took care of the call. He was knowledgeable about the problem and had suggestions for resolution. Everyone from the Call Taker to the Service Tech has been very polite and helpful. Dear Joe,

We’ve been Rebel customers for the past 5 years. Your techs have been here every spring and fall during that time to check and tune up our air conditioner and heating systems for the upcoming summer and winter seasons. They have always been courteous and competent. About two years ago when our system was eight years old we called Rebel to see if we should replace our system at that time. Your receptionist put us trough to you and we had a pleasant conversation as to the merits of replacing he system or not. You asked a number of questions about how the system was operating and we told you that at the moment it seemed fine. You said that in your opinion we did not need a new system at that time and that we should wait until the system gave some indication of needing to be replaced. We thought it was incredibly honest of someone who makes much of his living selling systems to be so honest and forthright about not needing a new system NOW.

A month ago we decided that we now needed a new system and so rather than calling many dealers to compare prices and systems we called you personally. You came up with a nice system from YORK at a sale price that met our needs perfectly. On top of that you came out to our house with a tech and spent time measuring everything including our attic where part of the system had to go. A few days later your crew arrived and did a fine job installing the system and cleaning up after themselves. They were extremely pleasant and professional. The next day you contacted us to make sure everything was fine.

It’s a pleasure doing business with you and your company and we can recommend REBEL to others who need good A/C and heater service and products.

"They have a new customer for life!"

Joe Johnson and his team of pro techs at Rebel Refrigeration AC and Plumbing are just the best! My entire HVAC system had to be replaced when the 22 year old AC finally died. They had me up and running with a new RUUD system in two days from initial contact. On installation day they ( 4 techs) arrived at 6:30 am sharp and were finished at precisely noon. They were fast, efficient, courteous, knowledgable, informative and very professional from start to finish. They have a new customer for life!

"Quick and courteous"

Thank you, Joe (the plumber) for coming out the same day that I called needing help.  Joe was quick and courteous and had all the proper equipment and materials in order to install a anti-siphon valve in my backyard.  I didn't even know Rebel had an on-staff plumber, so I was happy that they did. Not only will I rely on Rebel for my AC needs, but I know I can rely on Rebel for all my plumbing needs too!

"We are definitely loyal Rebel customers"

I have had them install two HVAC units at separate properties. I also have maintenance contracts on those units and have had great service. Recently I had a plumbing problem, a leaking water softener bypass valve that was flooding the garage. They sent a plumber out the next day and he did an incredible repair. He didn't do it the way I thought he would do it, his idea was much better. We are definitely loyal Rebel customers. Just a note on HVAC's. I did a lot of research on the "best" HVAC units. I found that they are all pretty comparable. The key is how they are installed. A great unit poorly installed will fail. Installation is the key and Rebel really knows how to install HVAC units.

"The people at Rebel have been wonderful"

The people at Rebel have been wonderful. The technicians are professional and competent and they always respond very quickly when I need a repair. They maintain my equipment and the office personnel are friendly and helpful with all my calls. They also do not insist that you must buy some new equipment every time you need a repair, but they can install it if you do need it.

"An honest check-up"

Needed a check-up/tune-up for my central air conditioner. Made an appointment, on-time arrival. All aspects of the unit were checked.
An honest check-up.  I was not even remotely asked to "upgrade" or "must repair" anything. The service tech showed me the freon level on his gauge as being normal. Easy! Honesty is best.

"If I could give 10 stars,I would!!!!"

I was referred to this company from a friend. What a perfect recommendation it was. We felt a 'hot spot' on our tile and had a very high water bill.
Called them and they came out the next day (labor day). They showed up on time, It took them about 30 minutes to find the location of the leak.  
I was horrified that my house would be in shambles.  NOT!!! They had to tear out 8 tiles, tear out the foundation and dig out the dirt to get to the pipes. They were absolutely the best at cleaning as they went. Repaired the leak and showed me exactly what it was.  They waited a couple of days to make sure it was done properly, came back and filled the hole back with the dirt.  I can't believe how professional, on time, clean and just all-around a wonderful team we got to come out to take care of this repair.  If I could give 10 stars,I would!!!!
