Happened to notice my system sounded loud. Called for an annual service. Ended up costing quite a bit more, but system just hit 7 yrs old, so was probably time to do more than just an annual. Excellent service. I called Rebel with an A/C problem on Wednesday afternoon, they sent a tech next day (unfortunately my air was gone, a bad compressor). Joe contacted me immediately, and advised me on the needed repairs. We needed to replace the whole unit. Joe also referred to a finance company they work with and I was able to get the funds to replace the unit. All of this within a 24 hour period. By Monday of that week, Rebel was there with four techs, all were very professional and replaced my air without any problems the same day.
