This Time Was Exceptional
We've always had a good experience with Rebel, but this time was exceptional. Needed tankless water heater repair this time. The guy they sent to work with us was named Harry, and he explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and how long it would take. He showed up at 6:15 a.m. to make sure the work was done before our business opened and we needed hot water. Don't know if you can request who they send out next time we may need them, but if we can we'll always ask for him.

Found my water heater leaking last night. Called Rebel this morning; they came out today. Marcello did some troubleshooting and gave me the option to try and replace the water inlet nipple or replace the unit. While waiting on the office to give quotes, he continued to troubleshoot and found it was the unit. Saved me $600. He was very professional and straightforward. I enjoyed talking to him during the process. I have used Rebel in the past for HVAC issues and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!
