Excellent service. I called Rebel with an A/C problem on Wednesday afternoon, they sent a tech next day (unfortunately my air was gone, a bad compressor). Joe contacted me immediately, and advised me on the needed repairs. We needed to replace the whole unit. Joe also referred to a finance company they work with and I was able to get the funds to replace the unit. All of this within a 24 hour period. By Monday of that week, Rebel was there with four techs, all were very professional and replaced my air without any problems the same day. Thank you Joe and Tony, as well as all of Rebel Refrigeration's staff. Great to deal with professionals!!!

Seamless Scheduling with Rebel Apr 26, 2024

Update: April 17-19, 2024. We had our roof replaced, including some sheathing. Rebel techs came in early and removed our heat pump via a crane. An hour after the roof was done and it was 88 degrees out, the same 4 techs and crane arrived. New stand, conduit, summer tune-up and an hour later at 2:30, we had cold AC blowing. Mind you, this crew was scheduled, so I was impressed how seamless this all went with the roof getting done and then the crane showing up, followed by Rebel's 4 trucks. I wish doctor's offices could be this well-coordinated! This is the only plumbing HVAC contractor allowed in or on our property for so many reasons. Thank you to the 4 techs who go nameless in these pics. Below was in 2022, our main bathroom: Not a good thing when water is coming out of the wall at 9:20 on a Friday night. Emailed Rebel from their website. Yes, I turned the water main off. 9:45 pm, same night Amanda calls to schedule for Saturday! Wow. Their tech named D came out and in about two hours, work is done. At that point I joined their club membership as he was out prior for a different job that they won the bid for. We now use Rebel for our home AC as well. I hope you make the right decision like me and use them. Non-paid endorsement lol. This is for the business Rebel.

Excellent Service with Quality Dec 28, 2023

This is what I call excellent service with quality. Today 28 Dec 2023 at 10:30 am Mr. Richard came to our house to view our AC installation and make any adjustments if necessary. After he had done that, I of course offered him a cup of coffee. This man is truly very respectful, very friendly, and helpful. This says a lot to me because Mr. Richard is clearly appreciated by his employer Mr. Johnson. My high appreciation and respect for this company called Rebel Refrigeration here in Las Vegas. They treat employees with appreciation as they should and do apparently. I will definitely see this company again in the spring. They are very welcome. Wishing you all happy holidays and happy 2024. Mr. Johnson the employer himself, my appreciation to him personally because he treated me as his customer with great respect and answered my phones as quickly as possible. This is how it should be: customer service and customer friendliness is the key to success. We are a Dutch Military family with a code of honor and protocols.
